Balance Table

Balance tables are meant for superior stability for highly sensitive equipment such as analyzers, microscopes, scales and sensitive measuring instruments. LabTech offers solid epoxy, granite or marble balance laboratory tables along with custom heavy gauge steel framed tables with epoxy resin tops. Since weight helps eliminate vibration a balance table should be heavy duty.

Our Reliable Balance Table

The Marble Balance Table provides the most stable, anti-vibration surface possible for precision laboratory instruments. Table top and legs are 3″ thick marble and legs are reinforced with steel support pipe. Marble Tables are made using patented technology to provide several advantages over natural marble and concrete tables.

Solid Epoxy Balance Tables provide superior stability for highly calibrated equipment. The top and legs are solid 2-1/2″ [64 mm] thick molded epoxy resin. A galvanized steel lateral support beam adds strength and rigidity. Rubberized vibration reduction pads are now included to suppress floor vibrations and increase instrument accuracy and consistency.

Durcon Balance Tables stand 31″ [787 mm] tall. Nominal work surface dimensions are 35″ x 24″ [889 x 610 mm].
IsoTops are also available for installation on the bench top. These 2-1/2″ [64 mm] thick molded countertop sections with shock reduction pads perform the same function as our Balance Tables but at countertop level with easy access to adjoining work surfaces and utilities.
Standard IsoTops are available as 30″ x 60″ [762 x 1524 mm] sections. Special radius edged 59.75″ x 23.75″ [1518 x 603 mm] Contoura IsoTops are also available.
